NO FEES OTHER THAN COMMISSION
When we sell your property, we will charge a commission of 5% of the first $18,000 from the settlement funds and 2.5% of the balance plus 10% GST. This is the maximum and usual amount of commission allowable under Queensland Real Estate laws.
